Job Title: Strategic Client Acquisition B2B Sales

Role Summary:
Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for recruitment and staffing services across IT, Pharma, Agri, and other sectors. Engage HR Directors, Talent Heads, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and convert them into long-term partnerships. Focus is on closing deals, building revenue, and owning client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and close new clients for staffing/recruitment solutions
Engage senior HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure
Build deep client relationships to generate repeat business and maximize revenue
Maintain strong pipeline via LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, and networking
Collaborate with internal recruitment team to ensure client expectations are met
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ideal Candidate:
25 years in B2B Sales / Recruitment Sales / Staffing Growth roles
Strong hunter mindset with proven track record in closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable pitching to CXOs, HR Directors, and senior stakeholders
Result-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
KPIs / Success Metrics:
New client acquisition
Revenue generated per month/quarter
Number of mandates closed
Repeat business & client retention
