We are seeking a sharp and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to drive aggressive growth by collaborating with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. You will identify opportunities, craft market entry strategies, and lead initiatives to expand our global footprint. Your role will involve market research, client engagement, and closing high-impact deals, all while ensuring long-term business sustainability and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align corporate strategy with growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies for new market entry.
- Engage with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to set up meetings and pitch solutions.
- Support the sales process by managing leads, providing insights, and finalizing deals.
- Track KPIs, adapt strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of pure B2B business development experience.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in global market dynamics, client engagement, and strategic planning.
