The Role Strategic Advisor
We're looking for an experienced
Strategic Advisor (10+ years in startup leadership, consulting, or strategy) who can guide the founding team in shaping
growth strategy, investor readiness, and ecosystem development.
You'll serve as a key thought partner to the Founder, helping transform vision into execution plans and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and refine the 612 month growth strategy, including pilot execution, brand positioning, and business model validation.
- Investor Readiness: Assist in refining the pitch deck, investor narrative, and valuation models to prepare for pre-seed and seed rounds.
- Operational Excellence: Guide the team in setting up efficient systems for product development, marketing, and performance tracking.
- Ecosystem Building: Leverage your network and experience to bring in strategic partnerships, advisors, and potential investors.
- Leadership Mentorship: Coach core team members on decision-making, accountability, and long-term vision alignment.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of experience in startup building, strategic consulting, or innovation leadership.
- Strong understanding of early-stage growth, fundraising, and product-market fit validation.
- Proven experience working with or advising founders.
- Ability to think holistically balancing strategy, execution, and sustainability.
