We are now looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive (Farming) to join our client success team. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, love solving problems, and have experience in the test prep or coaching space, we'd love to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts (coaching centers, institutes, test prep partners)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and support
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and ongoing value
- Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement reviews
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, content, product) to resolve client issues
- Track usage, engagement metrics, and escalate risks proactively
- Educate clients on new features, product improvements, and best practices
- Document all interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM tools
Key Requirements
- 23 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success
- Prior experience in the EdTech, coaching, test prep, or education services industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
