Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing customized solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Additionally, the position requires monitoring account performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience in managing strategic accounts and understanding client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across industries
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics interpretation to assess account performance and growth opportunities
  • Experience in industries such as steel, aluminum, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, marine, or semiconductor is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of industrial monitoring technologies or a willingness to learn technical concepts in this domain
