Strategic Account Manager
Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key semiconductor accounts and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic global customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend value-added solutions.
- Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Develop account plans and after-sales strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support tender submissions and commercial proposals where required.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular business updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Solution Sales within a service-oriented industry.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, express, or supply chain is advantageous.
- Exposure to the Semiconductor industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
