Job Description

Strategic Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key semiconductor accounts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic global customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend value-added solutions.
  • Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
  • Develop account plans and after-sales strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support tender submissions and commercial proposals where required.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular business updates.


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Solution Sales within a service-oriented industry.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, express, or supply chain is advantageous.
  • Exposure to the Semiconductor industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
