About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our team to support the US marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, an exceptional ability to drive conversations, a strong focus on relationship building, comfort with ambiguity, and a desire to invent on behalf of customers. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, driving growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to achieve business objectives with potential expansion to other retail media channels (Walmart, Target, etc.)

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns,including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.

Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve an advertiser's business growth and profitability.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and ensure optimal ad targeting.

A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to evaluate and improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Science or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

2-4 years of experience in managing Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing, advertising, and analytics tools.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
