Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative storyteller who can both imagine and execute, someone who can take ideas from concept to completion. This role is not limited to just ideation or execution—it requires end-to-end ownership of brand narratives across multiple platforms.
The objective is to ensure that everything the brand communicates feels connected, intentional, and part of a larger story.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Launch Direction
- Lead storytelling and creative direction for product launches
- Develop strong narrative frameworks and ensure consistency across channels
2. Brand Strategy & Big Ideas
- Create high-impact campaign ideas and scalable brand platforms
- Contribute to long-term brand storytelling and positioning
3. Social Media Storytelling
- Develop content formats and storytelling systems for social media
- Guide agencies and drive creative consistency
4. Website & Digital Experience
- Define storytelling across website pages (homepage, product, landing pages)
- Collaborate with design and product teams for seamless execution
5. Packaging & Visual Identity
- Ensure brand storytelling is reflected consistently in packaging
- Work closely with designers on visual direction
6. Cultural & Innovative Initiatives
- Drive collaborations, campaigns, and out-of-the-box brand moments
- Contribute to building a strong cultural presence for the brand
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in:
- Creative Strategy / Direction
- Brand Strategy
- Content or Design roles
- Experience in:
- Creative agencies
- D2C brands
- Brand or media studios
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in leading campaigns or product launches
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building capabilities
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable briefs
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers and agencies
- Capability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to execution
