We are looking for a sharp, curious, and creative Content Strategist & Podcast Lead to become the voice of Lakshya AMC. You will craft compelling financial narratives, lead our podcast production, and manage our digital content ecosystem — all powered by cutting-edge AI tools. If you can write a LinkedIn post that stops the scroll, this role is for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Role: Content Strategist & Podcast Lead

Experience: 0–2 Years (Fresher with portfolio welcome)

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BA Mass Comm / BA English

Languages: Hindi + English (written & spoken)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸  Host and produce the weekly podcast — scripting, recording coordination, and publishing

▸  Own LinkedIn + Twitter/X strategy and publish daily posts that engage

▸  Write SEO-optimised blog articles and long-form content on finance and investment topics

▸  Build and manage PR & media relations with publications like ET, Mint, and Business Standard

▸  Script all written content: episode scripts, captions, email campaigns, and social threads

▸  Research trends in wealth management and translate complex ideas into simple, readable content

▸  Collaborate with the Visual Designer to align written and design outputs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

▸  Excellent written communication in both Hindi and English

▸  Strong understanding of finance, investment products, and wealth management concepts

▸  Ability to simplify complex financial topics for a general audience

▸  Experience or interest in podcasting, journalism, or content marketing

▸  Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices

▸  Comfort with AI tools and eagerness to learn new technologies

▸  Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines independently
