Job Description

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the stores department.
Receive, inspect, and ensure the accuracy of all incoming materials.
Maintain proper organization of materials in the store and manage inventory levels.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
Utilize inventory management software to track and record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with procurement team to forecast supply needs and avoid shortages.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and experience in maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification or training in supply chain management is a plus.
