Job Description:
- Strategically manage stores in compliance with companys policies and vision
- Supervise daily stores activities, including receipt, quality inspection , order execution, floor productivity, inventory control, space management, logistics and customer service.
- Ensuring accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and maintaining proper inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items as per industry standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics teams for transportation, loading/unloading, and damage control.
- Involving in daily gemba walk, SOT, 5S activities
- Knowledge in Oracle software. WMS process
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism
- Manage shifts, time and attendance within Company procedures
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Manage returns to the stores and ensure items are promptly dealt with and returned to stock.
- Providing reports and activity updates to management.
- Submit Daily SLAs and monthly KPI and review
- Implement Kaizen initiatives monthly with a target-oriented approach.
