Job Description:

  • Strategically manage stores in compliance with companys policies and vision
  • Supervise daily stores activities, including receipt, quality inspection , order execution, floor productivity, inventory control, space management, logistics and customer service.
  • Ensuring accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and maintaining proper inventory records.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items as per industry standards.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics teams for transportation, loading/unloading, and damage control.
  • Involving in daily gemba walk, SOT, 5S activities
  • Knowledge in Oracle software. WMS process
  • Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism
  • Manage shifts, time and attendance within Company procedures
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Manage returns to the stores and ensure items are promptly dealt with and returned to stock.
  • Providing reports and activity updates to management.
  • Submit Daily SLAs and monthly KPI and review
  • Implement Kaizen initiatives monthly with a target-oriented approach.
