Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stores Manager, based in Shoolagiri. As a Stores Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy, and implementing effective retail loss prevention strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training team members as needed to achieve operational goals. Monitoring store performance and collaborating with other departments will also form a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proficiency in Customer Service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Prior experience in retail or inventory management is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
