Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring proper storage, issuing, and record-keeping of materials. The role ensures smooth material flow to support production and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Handle material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing.
- Maintain stock registers, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
- Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred).
- 25 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and documentation.
