Store Stylist / Client Advisor (Delhi & Mumbai)

About the Role

At AMPM, we are looking for Stylists / Client Advisor who can go beyond selling to create meaningful client experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of style, confidence in client interaction, and a clear understanding of premium or luxury retail.

The Stylist / Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales through personalized client engagement, styling expertise, and delivering a high-quality in-store experience.

This role focuses on building long-term client relationships while contributing to overall store performance.

1. Client Experience & Styling

• Understand client requirements and provide personalized styling recommendations
• Build complete looks across apparel and accessories
• Deliver a premium and consistent in-store experience

2. Sales & Conversion

• Contribute to overall store sales performance through effective client engagement
• Drive conversion through strong product knowledge and styling approach
• Improve key metrics such as Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT)

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a strong repeat client base
• Handle appointments and follow-ups
• Track and manage MTO (Made-to-Order) and alteration requirements
• Be available for home shopping and personalized client servicing when required

4. Store & Visual Standards

• Maintain VM standards as per brand guidelines
• Ensure personal grooming standards are met at all times

5. Process & Discipline

• Follow store SOPs and reporting structure
• Ensure punctuality, attendance discipline and overall discipline

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in premium / luxury / designer retail
• Strong styling sense and client-facing confidence
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and detail-oriented approach
