Job description:
To provide administrative support to the Loss Prevention / Compliance and Health and Safety Departments globally.
Work under the India Service Administration Team Leader to ensure all areas are catered for within CeX DeX and KidX sides of the business
Monitor all the inboxes for the departments and be the first response to queries or gathering data for example Subject Access Requests and Right to Erasures Risk assessments etc. as well as other ad-hoc responsibilities.
Responsible for the maintenance and the changes to the Compliance Breach Log
Responsible for the maintenance and the changes to the Compliance Web site
Run Monthly reports to assist all relevant departments
To work within the team to ensure CeX, DeX and KidX are compliant with policies and procedures and to overlook the general administration of the departments.
Required Skills:
Organized and able to priorities tasks in workload
Articulate and flexible
Confident and have excellent communication/Customer service skills
Adaptable, thoughtful, clear with delivery and concise
Good knowledge of store procedures and the operations manual
Ability to work independently when appropriate
Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English Preferred Skills:
GDPR Awareness ( training will be provided)
Previous experience working in customer service
Good understanding of the second hand trade industry
Familiar with a fast paced office environment
