Jaya Collective is seeking a Store & Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales for our multi-designer retail space in Kala Ghoda. This role requires someone who is confident in managing the store independently, assisting clients with styling and measurements, and maintaining strong coordination with designers and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail space
- Drive sales through strong client engagement and styling assistance
- Take accurate client measurements when required for alterations or orders
- Maintain and organize inventory across multiple designer brands
- Coordinate with designers regarding stock, replenishments, and orders
- Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandise is displayed correctly
- Maintain sales records and assist with order tracking and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with clients, designers, and the internal team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fashion retail sales and store management
- Ability to manage the store independently when required
- Experience taking client measurements
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with multiple designers and product categories
- Must be able to join immediately
- Experience in designer or multi-brand retail stores
- Understanding of womenswear sizing, alterations, and client styling
