Job Title: Home Consultant (Furniture & Home Décor)

Location: Bengaluru

Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)

Experience: 6 month –2 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Home Consultants. In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers at our furniture studio, understand their needs, and help them select the perfect furniture and home décor solutions. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, focusing on furniture and home décor solutions
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom appearance
• Support billing, order processing, and post-sales service
• Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions

Requirements

• 6month –2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or passion for furniture, home décor, or interior styling
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced retail environment
