Customer Engagement & Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries professionally
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Follow company merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
Inventory Control
- Assist with receiving stock, conducting inventory audits, and updating sales records
- Support inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
Team Support
- Help the Store Manager in training, supervising, and motivating junior sales associates
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth store operations
Opening & Closing
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks
