Store & Receiving Associate

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Store & Receiving Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing incoming shipments, and ensuring smooth operations in our store and warehouse areas.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues
• Update inventory records using our management system
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas
• Assist with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of all items
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries and product locations when required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong organizational skills
