Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational objectives.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and achieve company goals.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues, handle customer escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on team and business performance.
• Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Qualifications

We will also consider candidates from Supply Chain, Retail Ops, Metro, FMCG, Landmark, Shoppers Stop.
