Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain proper stock levels and ensure no shortage or overstock
  • Issue materials to production as per requirement
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory in system (ERP / Excel / Tally)
  • Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
  • Coordinate with purchase department for material requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in store area
  • Follow company policies and safety guidelines
