This is a full-time, on-site Store/Marketing Associate role based in Gurugram. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, managing retail operations, maintaining product displays, and implementing visual merchandising strategies. The Store/Marketing Associate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting in training and onboarding new team members. Additionally, the role will support marketing initiatives, including on-site promotions and enhancing the customer experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers effectively and provide a premium shopping experience.
• Experience in Retail Sales, with the ability to manage inventory and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Strong Organization Skills to coordinate store activities and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Experience in Training and mentoring new team members to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or marketing is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
