Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets & repeat customers

Handle premium customers, styling & custom orders

Manage daily store operations & VM standards

Control inventory, stock accuracy & replenishment

Lead, train & monitor store staff

Handle customer issues, alterations & exchanges

Share daily sales & stock reports with HO

Skills Required

Apparel/ethnic retail experience

Strong communication & team handling

Basic POS & Excel knowledge
