Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of store presentation. Other responsibilities include inventory management, achieving sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring overall operational excellence.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and strategize for growth
• Proficiency in using retail management software

• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
