Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring sales and margins as per agreed budgets.
• Training, motivating and managing performance of team members.
• Responsible for Visual Merchandising and mystery shopping scores at the store
• Establishing relations and networking with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach
• Keeping updated on new products, brand developments and industry news.
• Ensuring that operations stay in accordance with SOPs & ICP.
• Be the administrative in-charge of the store.
