We invite applications from experienced and visionary professionals for the position of Store Manager to lead this landmark retail destination.
Position Details
Role: Store Manager- Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Training & Immediate Joining Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Probation Period: 3 Months
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ professionals to achieve sales and service excellence.
2. Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure smooth coordination across departments for stock movement, billing, and operational efficiency.
4. Uphold the brand's luxury standards through visual merchandising and adherence to company SOPs.
5. Drive store profitability by analyzing sales data, setting targets, and implementing performance strategies.
6. Cultivate long-term customer relationships through a culture of personalized luxury service.
Requirements
1. Minimum 7 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a premium or luxury jewellery brand.
2. Proven track record of leading large teams and managing high-value inventory.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
4. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both operations and customer engagement effectively.
5. Willingness to relocate to Noida for pre-launch training.
