JOB TITLE : STORE MANAGER

LOCATION : This is a full-time, on-site role for Noida (UP).

REPORTS TO:Operations team, Area operations manager, Regional operations manager, and Store Heads.

JOB OVERVIEW :

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safeguarding high-value jewellery assets. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and deep understanding of luxury retail standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive store profitability and maximize average bill value (ABV).
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling of jewellery collections.

2. Customer Experience

• Ensure premium customer service aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Handle high-value clients and resolve escalations professionally.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve service standards.

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise Jewellery Consultants/Sales Executives.
• Conduct daily briefings and motivate team to achieve targets.
• Monitor grooming, discipline, and attendance of staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and audits.
• Monitor inward/outward stock movement and shrinkage control.
• Coordinate with HO for replenishment and new collection launches.
• Ensure safety and security of gold, diamond, and precious inventory.

5. Operations & Compliance

• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with security and ensure proper opening & closing procedures.

6. Financial Control

• Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prevent pilferage and internal losses.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSETS REQUIRED :

Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred).

48 years of experience in jewellery/luxury retail.

Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stones preferred.
