Role Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including daily operations, team management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and compliance with brand and company standards. The role requires hands-on experience in a QSR environment and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs
- Maintain food quality, service standards, and operational excellence
Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance targets
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and grooming standards
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Build a customer-first culture within the store
- Monitor service speed and guest satisfaction
Sales & Financial Control
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory, and wastage
- Ensure cost control and store profitability
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors and HO teams for timely supplies
- Control shrinkage and minimise wastage
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policies
- Prepare and maintain operational and sales reports
- Support audits and HO reviews
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum1 years of experience in QSRas a Store Manager
- Strong knowledge of QSR operations and food safety standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
