Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our Bandra location in Mumbai city. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role includes providing excellent customer service, handling communication with clients, and maintaining high standards of store management.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in Store Management
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the jewellery or retail industry would be advantageous
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage inventory effectively
• Have knowledge of social media and is able to create creative content of all the store activities & merchandise
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
