Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Kolkata. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure efficient execution of sales strategies, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, providing excellent customer service, and leading and mentoring the store team. The role requires maintaining a positive store environment and achieving operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in retail management is advantageous
- Proficiency in using retail management systems and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
