Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, sales-oriented Store Manager for our Hyderabad store. The ideal candidate must have strong fashion retail experience and a proven track record of managing 1520 lakh monthly store sales. This role requires a leader who can drive sales, manage teams effectively, and ensure high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and achieve 1520 lakh+ monthly store sales targets
- Manage end-to-end store operations on a daily basis
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize conversions and bill value
- Ensure excellent customer service and strong repeat business
- Track and improve key retail KPIs: sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall
- Handle inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control
- Ensure VM standards, store hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, promotions, and daily updates
- Handle customer escalations and maintain brand reputation
Candidate Requirements- 35+ years of experience in fashion retail (women's fashion preferred)
- Prior experience managing 1520 lakh monthly sales store is mandatory
- Strong sales mindset with a target-driven approach
- Excellent team handling and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of store performance
- Experience in the Hyderabad retail market is an added advantage
