Key Responsibilities
- Drivestore sales, KPIs, and profitabilitywhile maintaining an elevated luxury ambience.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliverpersonalized, high-touch servicealigned with Visamoda standards.
- Ensureflawless visual merchandising, presentation, and adherence to global brand aesthetics.
- Maintain deepbrand and product knowledgeacross all collections to guide and educate clients.
- Oversee daily store operations inventory control, cash management, reporting, and compliance.
- Build a strongclient base and repeat businessthrough relationship-driven selling and service excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- 36 years of experience inpremium or luxury retail;exThe Collective, White Crow, Palladium, or similar brandshighly preferred.
- Exceptional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability tomanage teams, exceed sales targets, and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and creating memorable brand moments.
