Store Manager

At TenderCuts - We are building stores that deliver freshness, service, and consistency every single day. We are looking for passionate Store Managers who can lead teams, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations while creating a great customer experience.

Role: Store ManagerLocation: ChennaiSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations as per company SOPs

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure product availability, stock management, and vendor coordination

• Monitor wastage, dump control, and inventory movement

• Handle customer concerns, queries, and service escalations effectively

• Supervise both floor operations and backend store activities

• Track sales performance and identify moving/non-moving products

• Manage store staff scheduling, task allocation, and team coordination

• Maintain hygiene, grooming, housekeeping, and food safety standards

• Ensure visual merchandising and store layout implementation as per planogram

• Oversee equipment maintenance and operational readiness

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, QSR, or food retail operations

• Strong team handling and people management skills

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability

• Good communication and operational coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Sales-driven and result-oriented approach

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in store operations or retail management

• Experience in food, meat, seafood, grocery, or supermarket retail is an added advantage
