We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail
store end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a sharp eye
for customer experience, visual merchandising, and sales performance.
Responsible for driving store profitability while upholding Pinklays values and brand
ethos on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Sales
1. Own and drive store sales targets, KPIs, and overall performance
2. Ensure smooth daily store operations including opening/closing, cash
handling, and inventory control
3. Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and shrinkage
Customer Experience
1. Deliver a warm, personalised, and high-quality customer experience aligned
with the Pinklay brand
2. Handle customer concerns or escalations with empathy and professionalism
3. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
Team Leadership
1. Recruit, train, and mentor store staff
2. Set clear expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and motivate
the team
3. Create a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
1. Ensure the store is visually appealing at all times as per brand VM guidelines
2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product storytelling
3. Implement seasonal launches, promotions, and in-store campaigns
Reporting & Coordination
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
2. Coordinate closely with the central retail, merchandising, and supply chain
teams
3. Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and
processes
Requirements
1. 3-6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a Store Manager or
Assistant Store Manager role
2. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or home decor retail preferred
