Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
  • Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance profitability.
  • Hire, Train and oversee new staff
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items
  • Maintains KPI's
  • Handling store sales and operations
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Store Sales achievement.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Motivate staff to perform to achieve their target

REQUIREMENTS-

  • Looking for someone from a retail luxury fashion house/ multi-designer wear with a good experience in apparel's
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customers service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Candidates with a fashion and apparel background preferred.
  • Strong & Capable enough to handle store targets & team.
  • Preferred Experience: 8- 15yrs.
