JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance profitability.
- Hire, Train and oversee new staff
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- Maintains KPI's
- Handling store sales and operations
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Store Sales achievement.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Motivate staff to perform to achieve their target
REQUIREMENTS-
- Looking for someone from a retail luxury fashion house/ multi-designer wear with a good experience in apparel's
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customers service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Candidates with a fashion and apparel background preferred.
- Strong & Capable enough to handle store targets & team.
- Preferred Experience: 8- 15yrs.
