Role: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end store operations, sales performance, and profitability for a furniture & home furnishing retail store.
- Drive sales targets through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and conversion management.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store sales team to deliver superior customer experience
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations, order fulfillment coordination, and after-sales support.
- Monitor store KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with retail SOPs.
- Candidates with prior experience in furniture, home furnishing, or large-format retail preferred.
Other Details:
- Minimum 5 yrs work experience in Large format retail stores.
- Strong in customer dealing and team management.
