- Knowledge of 5S practices
- Expertise in Racking systems
- Reservation and allocation management
- Handling line rejection & replacement processes.
- Managing BIN cards.
KRA's
- Strong leadership and team management, oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, and floor supervision
- Excellent Components knowledge electronics and technical competence.
- Inventory management System Vs. Physical, Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Purchase & Production
- Responsible for Store strategy development
- Managing inventory levels by giving the stock taking activities
- Responsible for all Production kitting issuance physical & System
- Train, and schedule store employees for maximum efficiency
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal
Qualification
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred)/ BE - ENTC

6 to 10 yrs
