Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with brand standards and luxury retail guidelines.
- Drive sales targets and maximize profitability through effective customer relationship management and upselling.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with personalized styling and in-depth product knowledge of luxury ethnic wear.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, maintain discipline, and uphold service excellence.
- Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 8 yrs experience in retail fashion industry.
- Solid experience in Luxury ethnic wear.
