Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Satisfaction

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally.

Staff Management

  • Hire, train, and oversee new staff members.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet objectives through training and mentoring.

Sales & Business Development

  • Create business strategies to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
  • Develop promotional material and in-store displays to enhance sales and profitability.

Store & Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage store budgets and update financial records.
  • Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
