Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train staff on effective customer service techniques.
  • Monitor and improve the overall customer experience.
  1. Sales and Revenue:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
  • Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and optimize store layout for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock replenishment.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the store budget.
  • Track expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for upper management.
  1. Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with upper management, staff, and customers.
  • Provide regular updates on store performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
