Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising

Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service

Ensure high standards of customer engagement and conversion

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain team

Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and brand guidelines

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance

Handle billing, cash management, and shrinkage control

Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance policies
