Job Description: Store Manager - Luxury Brand

Location: JWP, Mumbai

Role

Lead store operations, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team performance while ensuring brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
• Monitor key KPIs: conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, productivity, and shrinkage.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and manage escalations.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop the store team.
• Ensure SOP, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards are met.
• Manage stock availability, audits, costs, and store reporting.
• Work with Area/Regional leadership to improve store performance.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of retail store operations experience, including Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Luxury, premium, fashion, or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
