Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage inventory, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing retail team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store staff.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualification
