Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our
optical retail store in Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or healthcare domain. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and hygiene standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Manage store documentation and billing procedures accurately
- Report sales data and insights to higher management regularly
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role (optical or healthcare preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
