Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience in the store
  • Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock audits
  • Maintain visual merchandising (VM) as per brand guidelines
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and store discipline
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
  • Coordinate with Cluster Manager / Area Manager and HO teams for reporting and operations
  • Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and audit compliance
