We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage overall store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in apparel retail, and the ability to lead teams in a target-driven retail environment.

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maximize productivity and performance
• Monitor retail KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, policies, and audit standards

• Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel retail as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
• Strong understanding of retail sales and store operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented retail environment

• Experience in kidswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software

• Salary up to ₹40,000-45,000 in-hand per month
