Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee efficient operations of the store for a manufacturing unit
Manage raw material, components, and finished goods inventory levels
Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile discrepancies
Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; enforce safety and security
Implement effective inventory control processes and optimize warehouse layout
Coordinate with procurement for timely and cost-effective replenishment
Liaise with production and logistics teams for uninterrupted operations
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting stock movement and trends
Lead, train and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
Requirements:
Graduation/diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
7+ years experience in store management, preferably in manufacturing
Strong skills in inventory management software and MS Office
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership ability
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
