Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations and ensure it functions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operation.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Develop strategies to increase footfall and sales conversion.
- Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
Manage goods receipt, storage, and display standards.
Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Conduct staff training on sales, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
- Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Track expenses and support budget management.
Maintain records related to stock, sales, attendance, and store activities.
Ensure store follows company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Monitor quality standards and display guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience).
25 years experience in Store Management or Retail Operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MS Office, billing/POS software.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
