Role includes store operations, sales & KPI ownership, high‑end clienteling, CRM, team leadership and brand‑led customer experiences.
Ideal Candidate – Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with strong exposure to store or boutique management
- Proven track record of managing high‑value retail environments, including sales growth, KPI ownership, and operational excellence
- Hands‑on experience in luxury clienteling, CRM‑led engagement, and delivering personalised, high‑touch customer experiences
- Strong understanding of premium brand standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store brand storytelling
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including marketing, retail operations, CRM, and external partners
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse sales data, forecast performance, and drive corrective action plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Polished, confident, and well‑groomed professional with strong customer‑facing presence
- Comfortable working in a brand‑led, SOP‑driven luxury environment
